Internal Tele-sales Executive
Located in the heart of Birmingham Icomm Technologies is a business-only IT solutions provider. We provide our services to businesses ranging in size - from one to several hundred users.
Icomm Technologies is a young dynamic company who is looking to expand its sales force thanks to an increase in sales of 40%. We supply hardware, software, IT support and solutions to our clients, and as a Microsoft Certified Partner, a large percentage of this is for Microsoft’s Small Business solutions. We currently employ a team of 35 people.
This is a business focused role that involves developing new customer accounts and continued management of them in order to maintain a long term relationship and continued business.
Job purpose
The candidate will be expected to generate revenue through cold-calling businesses within the Midlands area, working closely with the External Sales to sell support, maintenance, IT Solutions and IT equipment, the role offers advancement possibilities to the right candidate into a more customer facing role.
Candidate
We are looking for ambitious team players that are dedicated to getting results and hitting targets, and who are willing to work overtime when appropriate. Experience in a similar role is expected.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling support, hardware, software and Microsoft solutions to small-medium sized businesses.
Skills and Experience required

Salary and benefits
£14-16k per year, OTE of £24k
